Refund policy

Because every bag is roasted fresh specifically for you, we can't accept returns on coffee. But if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or just not right, contact us at hello@kintsugicoffeeco.com within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you — your call. We'd rather lose a bag than a customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
