Is the coffee really roasted when I order?

Yes. Nothing is roasted until your order comes in. It ships within 3–5 business days of your order, usually roasted the same day it ships.

Why does that matter?

Coffee is at its best within weeks of roasting, not months. Most grocery-store coffee was roasted long before you bought it. Ours wasn't.

Where is it roasted?

In the USA, by our specialty roasting partners. Every bag carries our label and our standard.

Whole bean or ground?

If you own a grinder, whole bean — always. If you don't, our ground coffee is ground at the roaster moments before it's sealed, which is the next best thing.

How does the subscription work?

Pick your roast and your rhythm, save on every bag, and pause, swap, or cancel anytime from your account. No phone calls, no guilt trips.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days of roasting, then 2–5 days in transit depending on where you are. Fresh coffee is worth a short wait.

What if something's wrong with my order?

Email hello@kintsugicoffeeco.com and we'll make it right. Damaged bag, wrong grind, missing order — we fix it, full stop.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet — US only at launch.
