All coffee is roasted to order and ships within 3–5 business days via USPS/UPS from our US roasting facility. You'll receive tracking by email the moment it ships. Free shipping on orders over $40.

Returns

Because every bag is roasted fresh specifically for you, we can't accept returns on coffee. But if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or just not right, contact us at hello@kintsugicoffeeco.com within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you — your call. We'd rather lose a bag than a customer.
